All orders require a 24-hour processing period before they are shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not including weekends or holidays.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods, but we always work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

 

Order Pickup

Only on-hand hair is available for pickup.
Please contact us prior to ordering to see what our on hand stock is currently. Pickup details, including location and time availability, will be provided at order checkout.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information. Please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to update tracking details.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).
