Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your order arrives with an issue that meets the conditions outlined below. If we do need to process a refund for an issue on our behalf, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used when purchasing.

Order Concerns

If you experience any problems with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
All concerns must be submitted via email at bossillusionshair@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if applicable.

Once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

Product Eligibility

To be considered for an exchange or resolution:
    •    The hair must be completely untouched.
    •    The hair must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any protective seals.
    •    The product must not be worn, installed, brushed out, dyed, washed, or altered in any way.

If the product shows any signs of use or manipulation, we cannot process an exchange or provide assistance.

Process

Once we receive your email, our team will review your concern and respond with next steps. If the item is eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection before any resolution is offered.
